Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped within 4 days of receiving payment via UPS, DHL, or WAY TO GO, with tracking and delivery without signature.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email. Shipping costs, taxes, and packaging fees will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for all orders over €104.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and delivery fees.

Order Process

All orders placed on our website represent an offer to purchase the available products. Order acceptance depends on product availability and our confirmation.

We reserve the right not to confirm an order, especially if one or more purchased products are unavailable. In such cases, we will refund the price of the unavailable products and any shipping costs paid.

Product availability may change, as multiple users may purchase the same item simultaneously. As a result, a product that was in your cart may become unavailable before checkout.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the actual product quality. Additionally, the vintage year displayed in photos may not match the actual product year; the year stated in the product description is the only valid reference.

An order is confirmed only after payment of the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and processing fees as stated in the order summary.

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute order acceptance. The contract is finalized when we send you the official order confirmation to the email address provided. If we are unable to confirm an order, we will notify you by email and refund any payments made.

To qualify for free shipping, we recommend grouping your items into a single order.

We cannot combine separate orders, so shipping fees will apply to each order individually (if below €104). While we take great care to protect fragile items, shipments are at the customer's risk.

In the event of damage, we will either replace the damaged goods or issue a refund for the same amount.

Sale to Minors

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited by law (Legislative Decree 158/12, enforced on November 8, 2012). By making a purchase on our e-Shop, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age according to applicable laws. You also declare that the recipient of any alcoholic product is of legal age in their respective jurisdiction.

Prices

All prices listed on the website include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed through third-party services, and we do not have access to sensitive payment details, such as credit card information.

If you choose to pay via PayPal, our system will store a unique code linked to your PayPal account, allowing for secure future transactions without needing to re-enter login details. You can revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us through the provided contact details.

All orders are processed by Gambino Vini, except those shipped to the UK, which are handled by Infinity Wines Limited.

Delivery Terms for Gambino Vini (UK Only)

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5 to 7 business days.

If, for any reason, delivery takes longer, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your wine for any reason, we will gladly arrange for a courier to collect any unopened bottles and provide a full refund for the returned bottles. There are no return shipping charges.

Please ensure that the bottles are securely packed in a safe cardboard box to prevent damage during return shipping.

If any of the wines are faulty (e.g., corked, oxidized), please contact Dave, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Damages

Thanks to our high-quality packaging and specialized courier service, breakages during shipping are extremely rare.

Our packaging is made entirely of cardboard and paper, making it easy to spot any leaks or breakages (e.g., wet cardboard or dry wine stains).

In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please take a photo of the unopened box and the broken bottles, then notify us via email at shop@vinigambino.com.

You must also inform the courier upon delivery to receive a refund or free replacement.

All deliveries are handled by postal service providers, and their terms apply to shipping, warranty, and transportation.

Neither Vini Gambino nor AH IMPORT is responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Damages

Once the package is shipped, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

Vini Gambino requires one business day to process an order and pass it to the courier.

Shipping Times

• If a product is out of stock, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

• Customers will be notified if delivery delays are expected.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are usually delivered the next business day.

• Orders over 20,000 ISK are delivered same-day if placed before 3:00 PM on a business day.
